Anaxi announces Oasis Loyalty scheme available for integration

Anaxi Customer Experience Solutions (CSX) will make its Oasis Loyalty programme available to more operators. Anaxi is a division of Aristocrat.

Oasis Loyalty is a multi-site, one-card solution that offers guests the ability to earn rewards through its Earning Rules Engine.

Operators will be able to integrate the Oasis Loyalty scheme, even if they use third-party casino management systems.

Charles Hiten, Global SVP of Product and Development at Anaxi CXS, said: "Making our Oasis Loyalty platform available for integration with all CMS platforms speaks directly to our vision of One player, One experience.

"We appreciate operators have unique needs and existing solutions they rely on, and this integration option will allow them to deploy, and fully leverage, Oasis Loyalty's features and capabilities across their enterprise."

The Oasis Loyalty programme allows both gaming and non-gaming spending to contribute towards building rewards,Online Casino Games diversifying the target player base for operators.

The rewards-based solution also encompasses advanced marketing functionality, such as customisable campaign management, tiered levels and bucket awards.

Operators can choose from a flexible range of options for issuing awards, from universal offerings to localised rewards, which can be implemented alongside company-specific promotions.

Guests would be able to access the rewards from across the entire enterprise, too, as Anaxi stresses the importance of having one-card point-of-access to facilitate a seamless experience.

This news follows soon after a partnership between FanDuel and Anaxi was announced, which would see FanDuel host Anaxi in North American markets.
